Refund policy
Cancellation of an Order Before Delivery of the Product:
1. An order can be canceled before it is shipped or before it is picked up from the store in the following ways:
A. By sending a message through the "Contact Us" page.
B. By contacting our customer service at 03-5544980, Sunday to Thursday, from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
C. By sending an email to: info@elisonoptic.com.
D. The cancellation message should include the full name, order/invoice number, and phone number for identification, as well as the name of the product if more than one item was ordered.

Cancellation of a Transaction After Product Delivery:
2. A customer who has received the order and wishes to return or exchange the product, provided it is in new condition, unworn, with the original tags attached, and without damage, is invited to visit the main Alison Optica store at Dizengoff 264, Tel Aviv, or to send the item via courier within 14 days of receiving the product, along with proof of purchase (invoice or credit card details used for the order). Please note that Alison Optica Ltd. is not responsible under any circumstances for any delays or issues when sending the product via courier, and the shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility. Furthermore, Alison Optica Ltd. reserves the right to refuse the exchange/refund if it is found that the product has been used, scratched, tags removed, etc., in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law.
