Shipping and Pickup Options
1. Physical Pickup from the Store - Dizengoff 264, Tel Aviv
A. Pickup Times: If the customer has chosen the option of self-pickup, this can be done by prior arrangement with Alison Optica Ltd. customer service at 03-5544980, Sunday to Thursday, from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
B. When the order is ready for pickup at the store, the customer will receive an SMS or phone call based on the details provided during the order process. Please ensure to provide full and correct details when completing the order.
C. Sending an SMS or email regarding the pickup will not be considered a violation of the SMS sending law.
D. If the customer receives an SMS and/or phone call regarding the pickup and does not pick up the order within 7 business days, the company will be entitled to cancel the order without charge.
E. During website sales and/or Jewish holidays, Alison Optica Ltd. may block the self-pickup option from the store. In such a case, the customer will have no claim regarding this matter.
2. Delivery to the Customer’s Address
A. During the order process, the customer can choose to have the product delivered to an address within Alison Optica Ltd.'s delivery area.
B. The company may refuse to deliver products to an address in the delivery area if access to the area is restricted for security and/or technical reasons, or if special actions are required to deliver the product to that area, and/or if the delivery person’s safety is at risk, or for any other reason, as determined at the company's sole discretion.
C. Delivery Time: 5 business days.
3. Shipping Costs:
A. Shipping to all areas within Israel is free of charge.
B. The free shipping service applies to regular deliveries within Israel only.
C. Additional charges will apply for international shipments and urgent deliveries, based on the type of order and coordination with the customer.
D. The shipment will be delivered to the address provided by the customer during the order.
E. On the day of delivery, the delivery person will contact the customer by SMS or phone when they are within a half-hour range of the provided address to coordinate the delivery. Unless the customer specifies (during the order process) that the package can be left at the door, in which case the delivery person can leave the package at the door without further contact. If the customer does not respond to the delivery person's contact attempt and/or does not give consent for the package to be left at the door, the package will be held at the store at Dizengoff 264, Tel Aviv. The customer will have no claims against Alison Optica Ltd. if they chose the "leave at the door" option and/or if the delivery company failed to contact them. In such cases, the company disclaims all responsibility for proper receipt of the product, and no claims will be accepted.
F. The company is not responsible for longer shipping times due to security situations, special sales periods, Jewish holidays, remote areas, etc. Additionally, the customer cannot file claims regarding delays due to these factors. If it is not possible to contact the customer using the details provided within 3 days after the order is placed, Alison Optica Ltd. may cancel the order and charge the customer for handling fees (if applicable). Furthermore, in such cases, Alison Optica Ltd. may prevent the customer from making future purchases through the website.
4. Inquiries and Customer Service
For inquiries and questions, the customer may leave a message through the "Contact Us" form on the website or contact customer service by phone from Sunday to Thursday, between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM. It is hereby clarified that Alison Optica Ltd. may change the delivery areas, shipping fees, and shipping policies from time to time without prior notice (except for orders that have already been placed and approved).
